Welcome to Solonè. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Solonè website, waitlist, and any related services we provide (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Solonè is a fashion discovery experience currently in pre-launch. While we build the product, we offer a waitlist so that interested users can be notified when we open access. Features, branding, and pricing may change before public release.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting your email address, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit email addresses you do not own or are not authorised to provide;
Interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or probe for vulnerabilities;
Use the Service to send spam, harass others, or violate any applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The Solonè name, mark, copy, visual design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Brand names and logos displayed in product previews remain the property of their respective owners and are shown illustratively only.

5. No Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular feature shown in previews will ship in the final product.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solonè and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
